I remember very little about this movie. I saw it when I was a kid and I've been searching for it online with no help. And I only remember the beginning.
The beginning has real people acting -- this family it seems like lives on a farm somewhere and it starts to rain really hard and flood. The husband and his young son go out to try and stop their house from flooding with sandbags and then I think the son slips and hits his head. He gets knocked out and I think that is where the animation comes in.
I also remember something about a rooster lol
