There's a movie in mind I've been trying to search for the title for so long but I can never find the name of the movie:((

What I remember is it's like a psychological/thriller movie in the 1980's or early 1990's or maybe the end of 1970's, too. It could have been a TV movie.
It was about a husband who takes pictures of his wife when she's afraid. For example I remember there was one scene of her screaming when she sees a spider and the only thing he does is take pictures.
And there was another time in the movie where the wife or even girlfriend was drowning in the sea and when he saw her, he didn't help but only took pictures as though for his pleasure or something. Pleasee hellpppppp:(((((((((((
