I would wait another 2 weeks, retest if there is still no period. If still a negative test, see your doctor.

Since it's been several days since the last test, and you are having several possible pregnancy symptoms, I would test again or see your doctor for a test in office.

A blood test in the doctors office would show correct at this time, For the home test you may need to wait at least another week, and be sure to use the first urine of the morning.

Next I would ask, how are you trying, since tracking, start and stop of cycles, medically testing for ovulation, to properly time sex, is all part of seriously trying.

But good luck

The Pregnancy Hormone hCG can be first detected with a blood test at around 11 days after conception and with a urine test at around 12-14 days after conception.

Anyway a blood test is the best way to go at finding out if you are or not.

Two years is a long time (to be trying to conceive and to be affianced). You really need to be talking to a fertility specialist. Have you been tested for fertility? Has you fiancée?

Note also that anxiety can have an affect both on conception and cycle. My wife and I had been trying to 6 years to conceive. We had been seeing a specialist a distance from our home. We had both gone through procedures to help. So we decided to switch to a specialist closer to home. My wife felt that nothing was going to happen until we started seeing the new doctor so she relaxed. Well by the time the appt came around she was pregnant!
