I am on probation in Sussex County, DE and I am transferring to Voorhees, NJ for new employment. My parole officer has faxed all papers needed. My question is whom can I contact in Voorhees, NJ to see if they have received the fax and how long before they notify parole office? I need to start my new job asap. It is a great opportunity. Thanks

To whom were the papers faxed? Talk to your PO.

You normally do not, your PO can check.
It can take about 30 to 60 days for the approval process to be completed, The papers reviewed, and signed by the receiving location, and then returned, and also processed in your state prior to final approval.

Your PO could grant you temp travel permission to go there, for a limited amount of time.

As long as fines, any programs such as anger management or drug treatments are completed, there is normally no issues.

Hello deb:

If it was ME, and I KNEW the PO had done the paperwork, I'd just MOVE. Then plant yourself in the PO's office first thing the next day.

It would be prudent to send a letter to BOTH jurisdictions, and include them in your plans.. Send the letters certified, return receipt requested... That way they can NEVER say you didn't tell them.
