I've got a lump under my vagina. It's not on it it's under it. Hurts to sit, wipe, cough or lay down. It also sends sharp pains through my pelvic area.

Without being able to physically assess it, it's impossible to tell you what this is. It could be an ingrown hair, bartholin cyst, herpes, etc. please make an appointment with your doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
