I got this apartment, it was build in 1977 and Its missing air/heat unit. The is thermostats, duct work going to other rooms, and hole in the wall for the unit. I need to install a through wall air conditioner and heater with duct, it should be electric. Do you now which band or where will I find a unit like this?

If you are renting then this shouln't be your responsibility. They do have units called PTAC that are commercial residential units but I dont see any with ducting like you are showing. Are you sure there wasnt a different type of standing unit there before ?
