I watched only a few minutes of this movie many years ago but I still remember a scene and I want to find it and watch it all.

One guy is saying that in the mountains of afghanistan 15 (I am sure about this number) different languages are spoken, referring to the multinationality of taliban and al-qaeda. And then he counts these languages: arabic, english, chechen, russian, pashto, urdu and so on. He counted all of them but I am not sure about the rest.
