So in effect, what you are saying... you send an email to yourself as webmaster but You never receive it?
Realistically however if that is NOT the case... webmasters in some cases respond only to select emails... and not all of them as they can be too numerous to warrant individual responses. This DOES occur when you achieve a certain level of popularity and recognition. You might receive not dozens but hunreds or thousands of emails...most of them spam or undesirable emails. And there more there are the more likely valid emails might get deleted in the process.

Thanks, smoothy.
As an email subject, I use DriverDR: Want to Cooperate with XXXXX (DriverDR is my website, and xxxx is the other website), Does this not be viewed by other webmaster?

Hard to say exactly what some of the other webmasters were dealing with ( I was one previously...but not currently). At one point I was dealing with 5,000 per day, PLUS other system notifications. Being I had a full time job and other responsibilities as well... during those times I tended to do wholesale deletions of emails, because it took far too long to do them individually. I might look for only a couple select email senders I was very familiar with and dump the rest.
Depending on the site.. it could be a lot worse... or a lot more manageable.
That does sound to me like a reasonable header to use. But again... unless the individual Webmasters already know who you are, and are interested in corresponding, they might just delete them. Solicitations typically get deleted without opening, partially because of time, secondly because unsolicited emails frequently contain spam or malware..

Thanks smoothy.
Thank you very much for your remind and explain.
I think I know something why the other webmaster did not reply my email. I will try to modify my email.

If the other person or people, think you are wanting to sell a product or introduce a service to them, many will just ignore it.
