Those will tell you if you are or even if you are on the way to becoming one. As well as detect many other problems before they become serious or life threatening. Such as high blood pressure.

The best way is for normal and regular checks with your doctor

Your feet will tingle a lot , like they are a sleep.
You will be thirsty , and have to pee a lot .
If it gets to high will can cause blurring vision .
