Is it halal way of earning money?

This would come under haram, as it's making money from money..

And the use of profit, interest and more, it would not be allowed.

So it is not allowed too if we making money from real money exchanger?like exhange 1000 $ into Indonesian Rupiah and add a fee when someone exchange their money?
So if its haram, the ulama should put a haram fatwa for money exchanger business since it is making money from money.
