I had replaced the bathroom switch and outlet. I also replaced the 2 fluorescent lamps. The lamps are good. I used them in the kitchen.

What kind of outlet? Is the outlet a GFI outlet (it should be).

All depends on how things are wired.

Is the power coming to the switch, or is it coming to the outlet, or is it coming to the light fixture?
