Im not exactly 100% sure what this term "Promiscuous" means. I can be very very flirty with men, to flirty sometimes. But there's a difference between flirty and being a slut.. Im not easy at all, I would make a guy wait weeks, If I'm seeing a guy, it would be only him Im seeing. I've never just randomly slept with a guy. So I'm not one bit easy, but I think I can be very flirty.

To some people, making a guy "wait weeks", is considered promiscuous, because "weeks" gives the impression of not being very long, or long enough to really know a person. It may not matter that you are dating only one guy at a time. It may come down to just how many guys you have had actual relationships with, and how long these relationships tend to last. If you are going through them at a pretty rapid pace, even waiting several weeks before being intimate, may be considered promiscuous.
Usually, more long term, committed relationships, are when the thought of being promiscuous doesn't enter the mind. There is a difference between just dating someone and actually being in a committed relationship with them. Some people don't have a problem with sleeping with whomever if you are both of age. Some people are uncomfortable with that, and prefer the relationship to be more serious before getting to the point of intimacy. Some people believe being very intimate should wait until you are married.
Flirty is not being promiscuous, but, right or wrong, it can give that impression. Again, it can depend on just how flirty you are, and someone's perception of it. Are you flirty just in fun, where people would have a good laugh, or flirty to the point where it makes people uncomfortable and/or question your morals? That is for you to decide.

Where I come from, quite frankly, promiscuous means 'really easy' or 'many partners, regardless of gender or age', one after the other, don't care less. Take your pick.
doula, bless her heart, is being very diplomatic.

To me promiscuous means having many partners, easily going to bed with those partners, jumping from one partner to the next.
I'm a flirt too, but I only flirt with men, and women (even though I'm not gay or even bi) that know that I'm just flirting, that know that I'm married and I wouldn't cheat. It's just fun flirting, it never gets serious. Sounds to me like your type of flirting is very different, that you make them believe they'll get lucky, but then they don't, not for weeks.
How many men have you been with? How old are you? Promiscuous is a nice way of saying slut.

You may consider yourself to be a one man woman, but if you are flirting as aggressively as you say you are, others will think you are looking for what you're asking for- attention- through your actions.
If this involves alcohol, and clubs, and you're coming across easy, and available, you're heading for trouble. If your goal is to get attention through flirting, I assume you like the response of the men you are encouraging (to think you are easy).
I'd stop the game you're playing before someone takes you too seriously. There is nothing attractive or says you are intelligent by what you do with men.
There used to be a name for women like you.

From your talking, you have had many men, (you only see one at a time) you sleep with them within weeks ( not months) And there was no talk of love in a sexual relationship.
So from my use of the word, yes the term fits.
Also what things appears to others, if you are flirty, then others will assume and believe you may even be a slut by appearances.

Promiscuous is a nice way of calling someone a slut. It is also subjective to the point of view of the one doing the calling. You have a choice to behave as others define what they consider good behavior, or define yourself by your own point of view.
You will never be able to please everybody, since everybody will have an opinion of what you do no matter what that is. Really the only opinion that matters is YOURS, and whom you choose to listen to.
