Well there's no doubt you need to find the exact make/model in order to get the right drivers.
Maybe try here first: HP Pavilion 15-n026se Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR) Drivers and Downloads | HP® Customer Support (http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-Pavilion-15-Notebook-PC-series/5401225/model/5444195/drivers/)

Another way to find out what chipset is to use the free Belarc Advisor - Free Personal PC Audit, for software, hardware and security configuration information on your computer. Software license management, IT asset management, cyber security audits, and more. (http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html)

Once the driver is installed make sure the option for it to sleep is unchecked:

You can use Device Manager to change the power management settings for a network adapter. To disable this setting in Device Manager, expand Network Adapters, right-click the adapter, click Properties, click the Power Management tab, and then clear the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power check box.
