I have 8 lights lighting trees around my pool. They are low voltage. Is it cost effective to switch them out to LED? What's the approximate cost to run both? Thanks!

The cost to run led compared to incandescent, even low voltage, is dramatically less. An almost bigger benefit is less voltage drop so the circuit runs much more efficiently.

Without knowing your exact load and your exact rates it is totally impossible to tell the actual cost of both. You just have to compare the wattages.

The benefits of LED are long life and much more lumens per watt. In a low voltage situation it's unlikely you will live long enough to enjoy any savings after purchasing the new fixtures, having them installed and watching your meter spin slower. Can you just replace the bulbs in the existing fixtures? Even that could take several years to recoup the cost.
