I need to get pregnant. During intercourse it is really painful for me. So my husband use his hands to reach masturbation and release the sperms into my vagina by penetrating the head of the penis into my vagina. I use a pillow under by butt after intercourse for 20 minutes. Whether this will be useful?

First no doctors here. But that method MIGHT work or might not. What you NEED to do is discuss this with your OB/Gyn. S/he can advise you of ways to make intercourse not painful, or, alternatively to make sure that sperm is properly inserted. Frankly, using a turkey baster would probably be more effective.
