Wiping doesn't remove everything. If you got poop on your finger... would you put it in your mouth after just wiping it or would you insist on washing it first? Obviously the answer would be washing it for the very same reasons. Bacteria are microscopic as are sperm.

Its possible you could get pregnant that way... not extremely likely but its still possible. But its way too soon to know.
