Need some help, any help would be great. I'm losing my mind here. This mower will start up after priming it then shut off. Prime it, pull starts up then dies out.?

I almost pulled my hair out. I had a good spark, engine would run for about 15 seconds. Have you tried a new plug even though you have a good spark, an old plug will sometimes foul under compression. This happened to me. If this won't work, you may have to clean the carburetor out.
