I am a female (age - 26) married for 2 months. I had unprotected sex yesterday which was the last day of my periods. I generally have my periods 28th of every month and it lasts for around 3 days.

I would like to ask you whether there is any chance of getting pregnant? I do not plan to get pregnant now and hence need your help in understanding the chances and what I can do to avoid it.

(FYI - I had unprotected sex a month back and had I-pill the next day to avoid pregnancy.)

If you happen to ovulate earlier than the average, then pregnancy will be possible. Since this just happened yesterday, you could use I-pill again.

It would be even more effective to lessen the chance of an unplanned pregnancy to discuss a consistent form of birth control with your doctor and have your husband use a condom.

I will assume you and your husband are having more sex, only using (I will guess again condoms)

If you are married and having regular sex, and do not want to become pregnant, you want to look at a better birth control method, pills, IUD, or many others.

Also do not ever had sex, that is not protected.

Even best, use two forms of birth control

Yes there is a chance, now you wait till next month, to see if that cycle comes
