30 days late with negative tests. I am nauseous with a headaches dizzy pulling feeling in my pelvis exhausted and moody. I'm so lost on what it could be. I wonder if I am pregnant just nothing detecting it.

OK, now this is important... where you taking those tests right after you woke up the FIRST time you peed that day... or some other time?

You should have only taken them right after waking up. If you did it later in the day.....that would explain negatives.

There are some women that will test negative up through the first three months on a correctly taken test.

You could get a blood test from your doctor thats more sensitive.

It is also possible that you aren't.

Did you take a test recently? With two missed periods, its time to see your doctor to determine a possible cause, including pregnancy. A blood test or ultrasound would let them know.
