Hi. I had a pregnancy test done at home and it was positive. I visited my gynaec and had an ecography done. But she said that she can see a bag of ovulated eggs but it is near the uterus instead of being in it. I had my last period on 23rd April and was supposed to have the next on 19th May. I have just done a blood test n my results were positive. It says that I am pregnant by 3-4 weeks. But how is it that my ecography shows nothing in my uterus? Please help me..

Unclear reading, test results not actuate. The blood test and the number of weeks considered pregnant will be from the dates you gave from last period.

The egg takes about 3 or 4 days to travel, to implant with the egg. The egg must already be there. There is no exact measure, of the exact time of conception, since dating of implantation is plus or minus one, even two weeks.
