Hi. Last month for 3 day's, my daughter had brown vaginal discharge and cramps. Is this her first period? Please answer. She is really worried. Thanks

How old is she? It sounds like it could be. If she is worried, why don't you take her to the pediatrician for a check-up.

Brown discharge is normally an indication of old blood. It can also indicate a first period.
As her mom you should take her to her doctor for a checkup.
