I'm sure your text book has this basic formula, which you should memorize:
f = \frac1 T
where f is frequency of the wave and T is the time period of the wave. It esssentially means that frequency and period are inversely related. If f is given in units of cycles per second then T is in units of seconds per cycle. Apply it and see what you get for T.
