What is the correct pressure for an A.O. Smith V60 pressure tank? It is supplied by a well.

First, find the point at which the pump cuts on by turning on water and listening for the switch to click as it engages the pump. Let's say, for example, that your pump cuts on at 30#. Then, with the system off and pressure drained to zero by opening a low level faucet, you would set the pressure to 2# BELOW the cuton pressure. In our example, pressure would be set to 28#.
