Hi ,
Looking for some advice.
Toilet system constantly running after a flush.
The ballcock appears to have become unattached & I don't know where to re-attach it to. I'm also unsure where to identify what model the toilet is?
I've attached an image of the system to help explain my issue.
Thanks

You have a fill valve, not a ballcock. See images below. Image on the left is a fill valve, image on the right is a ballcock.
There should be a small tube between the fill valve and the overflow pipe. That tube refills the bowl while the tank is refilling after a flush.
It appears that the water level is to high. The water level should be about 1" below the top of the overflow pipe.
It appears that the flush handle is not properly attached. Why?
A toilet would only run continuously because the water level is too high and water is flowing down the overflow pipe or the flush valve is leaking. Could the unattached handle be interfering with the flush valve closing properly?
Don't know what the white floating thing is unless it is just a cover for the overflow pipe. I suspect that is what your are referring to when you say
The ballcock appears to have become unattached
It would probably just press on to the overflow pipe and twist to lock in place. Does it have a small tube attached?
