Hi, I'm suffering from hormonal imbalance for last ten years when I entered my puberty age. My gynecologist recommended me to take a week course of primulet N each month to start my menstrual cycle. From last two months I have been taking only one doze of primulet N and after taking one pill my menstrual cycles begins after 4-5 days. Is that OK to take only one pill instead of 21 pills the whole week because even one pill is doing the job. If not then what are the side affects I can have?

This is an issue, you need to see and discuss with your doctor. Perhaps have the imbalance tested and see if this or other treatment would be best.
