For about 3 months, I been having dry,itching and blister on my lips every morning I wake up and they stay like that sometimes all day why?

Dehydration, allergies, medications, a number of things can be happening. Wouldn't hurt to have it checked.

Dehydration, allergies, herpes, etc. There is no way we would know what is causing this for you.
