Hello, so the last week I have had sore breasts, occasional pain in myback sides and lower abdomen. I have also been experiencing some pressure in my abdomen and constipation. My periods have been irregular but as of recent its been light and I am sexually active with my husband and we don't use protection. I really need a thought or opinion as to what may be happening please.

You may want to try a home pregnancy test or see your doctor for one to either confirm or rule out pregnancy. There could be a number of possible explanations, pregnancy or hormonal imbalance are just two of them.

I did forget to mention that I did go to the ER a few months back and the only thing wrong with my vaginal areawas I had a small cyst on my ovaries.

Did you follow up the ER visit with an appointment with your doctor? Have you missed your period as of today? As was said your symptoms could be a number of things including pregnancy, or hormonal imbalance.
