My Leviton pr180 has controlled my incandescent lighting fixture just fine. I changed the fixture to an LED one - now it comes on fine when motion is detected, but doesn't turn off completely, just dims, when it times out.

Any suggestions?

The PR180 is compatible with incandescent and magnetic rapid start fluorescent ballasts only. As an alternative, you could use the OSSMT-MD (http://communities.leviton.com/docs/DOC-3008) which will work for your application.
