I have PEX plumbing in a basement renovation done about four years ago. A TEE Joint is leaking on one fitting, a drop, drop drop type of leak. How can I tighten this fitting or do I need a plumber? I do not have any tools for this type of plumbing.

May be able to tighten with the proper tool. Best solution is to cut the pipe, reconnect to the fitting and install a new ring.

PEX leaks are very easy to repair. But you need a proper tool to do so. If you don't have the PEX tool, you can also use Shark Bite "T" to replace the leaking "T". SharkBite fittings are home owner friendly. Simply, turn off water to the house, cut out the old "T" and insert SharkBite "T". SharkBite fittings install by hand. No tools needed. They can be purchased in big box stores for few dollars.
