I am a 24 year old woman with pcos and for the past week I have been experiencing bloody discharge.. cramps over my ovaries.. Cramps in my lower back... and I had my period over a week ago... is this normal? Or signs of pregnancy?

Should seek a doctors advice. Anything could be wrong. But it I believe it is not
