SUI = State Unemployment Insurance
SDI = State Disability Insurance
This is money collected from your pay check to help fund unemployment and disability benefits by the state of NY. Check your pay stubs - you would have seen these funds being taken out during the year.

BE SURE to properly enter that in the W-2 masque on your tax software, because those payments are considered local tax under the IRC, and are therefore deductible as an itemized deduction.
