So what is the problem as you see it. We are all volunteers here with limited on line resources. Why would I stay I up all night to answer your question ?

I'm sorry that there was no one on this site that was able to answer your question. It happens. We have many experts, but that doesn't mean that they can answer every question in their area of expertise.

Art is hard. Unless you find someone that is familiar with the artists work that you're trying to find, finding out who the artist is based on only a picture, is like finding a needle in a haystack.

In other words, you were looking for one person, one person in the entire world, that was on this site, and new the artist of the painting you posted, and saw your post, and answered it. You were looking for a needle in a field of haystacks.

Also, have to add, after looking at the pictures, it's amazing that you sold them. You should be very happy that you found a buyer.

Why do the people who responded think I was sarcastic. I was thanking all the people who looked at the painting and maybe taking some time to help. Maybe someone might have had a clue or knew the artist. I understand that there were no answers and sold the painting to someone who liked it. Alty sorry you felt pain and did not like the painting to each their own, "I took it as sarcasm" as you stated you must not appreciate real art. I apologize. I took your post as sarcasm only because no one was able to answer your question. Just shows how horrible the written word is. So easy to misinterpret.

I hope you accept my apology for the way I reacted, and I hope you stick around.

As for the paintings. I'm an artist in my own right. But, art is subjective. There are so many different forms of art, no one person is going to like all forms. They may be able to appreciate them, but not necessarily like them. Not everyone likes my paintings. I like realism, paintings that look like pictures when they're done. I don't mind abstract art, but it has to really draw me in for me to like it. To each their own. :)
