I am having really bad chest pain on the right side of my chest and it radiates to the middle of my chest. When this happens I have hard time taking deep breath and even moving around. This comes and goes the pain but when I have it it is super bad

First are we clear about right side of the chest --- the same as your right hand side--- just checking.
Your heart is on the left as I'm sure you know.
We can't possibly diagnose and you haven't really provided 90% of any useful information. 'Right side of chest' is too vague. On your right chest side are your gallbladder, right bronchials/lungs, and the pyloric valve, which lets food go from the stomach to the intestines.
Your gallbladder can hurt right at the front just under the nipple an inch or so, or it can hurt deeper, or even in your back, or both front and back. It can be dull or sharp, sudden or long term. Intense pain can be a big gall stone stuck in the opening.
That is often the first thing checked.
SEE A DOCTOR.
If that is it and it needs to come out, it's a very easy day surgery for most of us.
