I saw this movie probably in the 1960's or so. It is about a test pilot who is in the Air Force and is married with a young daughter, probably in base housing. Just before landing his plane. Suddenly time seems to have stopped. When he realizes HE can move, he climbs out of his plane, and starts to explore. Somehow, he is informed or figures out he only has 1 hour to get back in his plane or he will forever be stuck in this "time warp". He walks to his house and looks at his wife and daughter at home. Suddenly he realizes time has not stopped, it is just very slow, as his wife and daughter have changed positions while he was there. Then he realizes that the car is also moving and is going to run over his daughter on her bicycle. He tries to stop it but he cannot move, lift or shift anything around him. He becomes frantic trying to stop the accident in the time allotted him. He gets back in his plane in time and lands it and races back to his house to see his plan worked, he used the seat belt from his plane to apply the emergency brake of the car and save his daughter. Any one know the title?
