Question, doctor gave me RX for Aldara ointment to use 3/week. But in that area it still is sore, and I know it takes time. But it feels dry like I should put some kind of cream on. But I was told to keep it dry, what if I put some baby powder on it.

Baby powder will not moisturize it. Just leave it alone, it is going to suck for a bit, but it should pass with the ointment he's prescribed.
