You mean sticking a finger down your throat?
Don't... tell us how you feel sick, where, what you ate today, are you taking anti-depressants, are you drinking enough fluids, are you worried, are you premenstrual?

Could it be that you feel sick simply because of eating too much? Even if you ate too much of something healthy, it could make you feel sick.

I'm really not understanding this question. What am I missing?

You feel sick but can't make yourself sick? Are you saying that you're nauseous, feel like you need to vomit, but you can't vomit?

What have you had to eat? How much water have you drank today?

I eat 2 toasted tea cakes, 2 yogurts and then a little bit of tea which was few chips bit pizza but felt to sick to want to eat anymore. And yeah I feel sick but can't make myself vomit. And I haven't drank that much as such like 2 cups of tea and a little bit of juice, as I was working.

Pizza, chips, tea cake and yogurts, God, I would feel sick also. Consider eating a more balanced, diet. But the medication will take a while to adjust, if the sick feeling continues, talk to the doctor who prescribed

Yeah I'm not the most health person, but just eating things I know I can kind of like as my appetite as been put of massively from the medication, and I did eat in gaps if makes sense I eat a toasted tea cake in the morning along with the yogurt and cup of tea and then had work 11:00am- 3:00pm and then came home didn't eat anything or drink anything until like 4ish, and then had the same as in the morning and then about 6ish had bit of tea. But in saying that I think it might be the yogurts as they are new in my diet, mean have had them before but not for a while as I wasn't really eating anything for a while. But thanks!

And still feeling sick now, and been sleep for about 5 hours!

With your eating, and living habits, you are supposed to be sick, and depressed.

You show all the symptoms of being a stress eater, which leads to comfort food and bad habits. Its an emotional reaction that needs the guidance of a good doctor or nutritionist to deal with.

Thank you. That makes sense, do you think I need to talk to a specialist about this?

You have enough doctors. Tell the one that prescribes the anti-depressants. But you are the one who has to work out a healthy diet. You might want to cut down on tea, unless it's very very weak. The tannic acid might be bothering your stomach. It does mine. And no Coke or any sodas, OK? I drink watered down juices, very watered down.

Be honest, does your doctor know the full extent of your lousy eating habits? I don't think so if he hasn't guided you better.

Maybe ask to talk to a dietician, someone that can help you to eat healthier, teach you about food and the proper nutrition.

What you eat plays a big part in how you feel. It's very important to have a healthy diet, a balanced diet, in order to feel your best every day.

What you're doing right now when it comes to the foods you're eating, will make you sick, will make you feel horrible. It's time to balance your diet so you can feel good every day.

I know you guys think it to do with my eating habits, but I took a anti-sickness tablet on Friday night, and I didn't feel sick the hole of yesterday, but the past 4 days when I have woken up in the night, I'm still feeling sick in which I don't eat in the night, I intend to sleep! Why still!

No idea what an "anti-sickness" pill is, so you will have to explain what type of medication was taken.

Also at night is when people often feel the results of what was eaten during the day. Acid reflux is one example, that often happens when we lay down. The process of digestion can take hours and hours.

Anti-sickness prevents you from feeling sick. And that true, didn't think of that! Thank you!

I'm a firm believer, and this will cause a lot of strife, that all medication only masks the symptoms of what you're feeling. It doesn't cure you of whatever ails you.

Eating well (organic foods, nothing with pesticides, avoiding man made things like chips, frozen foods, etc) will help you a lot more than any medication you take.

That's my opinion, and something I'm looking into for myself. I'm tired of having doctors push pills on me that don't cure what ails me. I'm tired of going to the grocery store to buy healthy food like apples, and oranges, salad etc, only to learn that they're not healthy anymore, because of how they're grown by the people that supply grocery chains with food. Apples are now full of toxins that destroy your body. I'm going organic, no more crap in my body!

Curing what ails you is not lucrative. It pays to keep you sick, to make you more sick so that you need medication to help with symptoms you're feeling, and then more medication because that medication will give you side effects, and then more medication because the medication that you took to help with the side effects of the first medication, also gave you side effects. Before you know it you're taking 5 medications, 4 of which are only to help with side effects of the other medications, and not one of them will actually cure what you're diagnosed with. Why? Money! It doesn't pay to cure you, it pays to make you take as much medication as possible, none of which will cure you.

But remember, I'm not a doctor, this is just the road I'm taking, and I'm mentioning it because it sounds like you've taken the same road I have, and it's not helping.

I think it's past time for all of us to start looking at alternative medication instead of making these people rich by keeping us sick. :(
