So I am a 23 year old male, about 5'10 and roughly 180 lbs. I'm not sure if I'm even taking an EtG test but I like to plan for worst cases. So my situation is pretty basic. I have to take drug and alcohol testing, on Thursday Feb. 5th at about 10:30-12am I drank two pints of nordeast a 5.0% alcohol beer. And took a few sips of a lemon drop (just enough to wet my tongue to taste the drink, and the same thug just thought to taste and wet my tongue of a goose and 7 up, and a long island same thing. I suspect I have to take a test on Feb 10th, this Tuesday. By my research I feel confident I should pass but always like to be informed if in correct or wrong. So total I had 2 pints of 5% beer, and not even a quarter of a shot of vodka. I should be okay correct, if not I'd there anything I can for to speed up the process of detox? Thanks

Nothing you can do will speed it up. It takes as long as it takes to work through your system. And THAT is highly dependent on how any particular individual metabolizes it. Some people are slower than others. There are a lot of Con-artists taking advantage of people claiming they can sell you something that will speed it up. At best they do nothing... at worst they make it more likely to fail. They all make your wallet lighter.

Preparing for the worst would be not drinking if you know/suspect a test is coming. Then you have no worries and are confident to pass. Even a social drinker takes a chance of being detected depending on the acceptable level for passing, and all those cheating tactics mean little, because labs are trained to deal with them.

Read the other questions about testing in this forum and see how stressful it is when people are poorly prepared for a drug test. No one can know for sure if you are going to pass, or when alcohol will clear YOUR body. 60/80 hours is an average for the whole population from those that have been tested.

There are no guarantees it applies to you or anyone else. So stop playing with your own mind and prepare for tests properly... DON"T DRINK. Either passing is important or it's not.
