As a holder of an E2 investors visa, do I need to pay the 15% taxes for Medicare and Social Security, too?
Thanks,
Dennis

Dennis:
If you earned income in 2006 in the U.S. then you are liable for Social Security and Medicare taxes.
If your only income was from investments, then you do NOT have to pay Social Security and Medicare taxes.
