I have a split level house two toilets up stair one on lower level. None of the toilets will drain and cause over flow issues. Everything else in house drains correctly. Water prusser seems to be good. What would be my causes for this problem

So both upstairs and downstairs toilets over flow but tubs and sinks all drain just fine, right? If this is the case the tow toiets both overflowing are a coincidence. Each toilet drain is clogged. First try plunging, rememember the plunger words when you pull up hard not the pushng down poart. If that does not work then a toilet auger is your next step. They can be rented or bought for about $16. If none of this works then you will need to pull the toilets, back to you.
