Moen Finley kitchen faucet handle keeps coming loose after I tighten set screw with 3/32 allen wrench...

See this web site. Possibly something wrong with cartridge stem. Call Moen, request new cartridge, cartridge nut and set screw.

Yep I agree with Harold, Call Moen at 800-289-6636 give them the model number they will send you any parts needed for free, good luck.

Are you 100 % sure 3/32 is what you have? When you tighten te screw how long does it stay tight?

I have the same question as Bob try a 7/64" Allen wrench see what happens, Thanks.
