To rephase it, you want to get pregnant, no one "has to". But I do understand the desire for pregnancy. Have you discussed this with your doctor? What medications or other treatment for this are you doing?

What has your doctor said about pregnancy

Someone told you that pregnancy will cure pcos?
It isn't true! Pcos can be made better or worse by pregnancy, and there's no way to predict. You can't go by all the individual stories you read online.
You really need to discuss this in detail with your doctor.
Some women with pcos can get pregnant; some cannot, because they do not ovulate, or have other disruptions.
Women who have PCOS appear to have an increased risk of miscarriage (http://americanpregnancy.org/pregnancy-complications/miscarriage/), pregnancy-induced hypertension (http://americanpregnancy.org/pregnancy-complications/preeclampsia/),gestational diabetes (http://americanpregnancy.org/pregnancy-complications/gestational-diabetes/), and premature delivery. If you have already been diagnosed with PCOS, your gyn can discuss medications, supplementation, and even lifestyle changes that may be helpful in achieving pregnancy. If you suspect that you might have PCOS, see your doctor to have a check up.
