First things first this is my second son first son that has lived.
WELL, The other day (maybe 5 days ago) I went to the hospital because I was having leakage in my vaginal area and having some minor cramps and tightening of my stomach.
The doctors did some tests and it came back that my water did not break I was dilated to a one and I have a U.T.I AND I'm dehydrated. I am on high risk pregnancy due to a 24 week old still born pregnancy may 9th of 2013. So I'm on a 2 times a weeks stress test schedule. They sent me home with some U.T.I medicine and told me to drink more water well I HAVEN'T TAKEN THE MEDICINE.
Now I'm having cramps all around my tummy mainly by my belly button and on the sides of my tummy. I feel like throwing up every time I move a certain way, the baby still moving as he should be, I'm burping up foam and food and every time I eat or drink I get upper stomach pains and the upper pains feel like sharp stretching pains as if I'm doing sit-ups and my stomach is getting tired or giving out. I threw up last night like crazy after drinking water. I really cant keep anything down and if it does stay don ill have upper stomach pains and feel like throwing up ill get really tired and feel weak. I'm really scared because I googled the symptoms and it said something about GERD? The only way to get rid of it is medicine or surgery. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK ANY COMMENT WILL BE HELPFUL NO ANSWER IS STUPID.

Why haven't you taken the medicine?
UTIs left untreated are notorious for causing preterm labor and frequently preterm delivery.
I am a labor and delivery nurse and I can tell you that while the internet can be your friend, when it comes to issues like this, it can also be your worst enemy. Rather than firing up your computer and Google, it is in your baby's best interest to pick up the phone and call your doctor or midwife.
With that said, it sounds like you have a pretty rough case of heartburn causing you to vomit after you eat or drink.
Call your doctor tomorrow. They may be able to give you an antibiotic injection so you don't have to take pills. They may also prescribe something for the heartburn and nausea. If you feel you can't wait until morning, by all means go to your Labor & Delivery department to be monitored again. If you do this, please be truthful with them in that you haven't taken the medication prescribed. There are other routes to give you medication for a UTI that may work better for you.
I wish you luck.

You are very welcome. But please start taking your medicine if possible. I would hate for you to have a preterm baby because you chose not to take the medicine.

Yes, Keflex (cephalexine) should be taken with something on your tummy.

Just a couple of crackers is all that is needed on your tummy to take this. I would hate for you to have this baby early because it could have been avoided.
Please keep me posted on what the doc says tomorrow.
Oh, and don't worry about being dilated one centimeter. I have many patients who're are dilated 3 or more centimeters for several weeks before going into active labor.

Okay thanks and yes it could have been prevented sometimes I just don't think at all. I'm just glad you brought this to my attention because I would have probably never thought of none of that and yeah ill keep you posted. Oh, and with the whole dilation thing I'm dilated to a one but my cervix is tight and still up far.

You are dilated one. No biggy. At 33 weeks nothing to worry about at all.
As an L&D nurse we would say that you are dilated one, thick and high. That means your dilation is one centimeter, your cervix is still thick (not effaced), and it is high (meaning it is facing toward your back and hard to reach).
Some women are like that through most of their pregnancy.

So, we need to do everything to keep you pregnant as long as possible. Take those meds, drink plenty of fluids, no nipple stimulation, no pedicures.
Talk to the doc tomorrow. Make sure you go to all appointments. While the internet can give dangerous misinformation, please feel free to come here with your questions. I'm a labor and delivery nurse. I've delivered over 1,000 babies in my career. We also have another wonderful member, her name is DoulaLC. She gives wonderful advice

So, I went to my appointment today I'm still dilated to a one thick and high.
Everything is perfect baby is perfect and lord is he chubby already. Ha ha. I'm 33 weeks and 4 days today they are going to induce my pregnancy for 37 to 38 weeks instead of going all the way to 40 weeks so that's around December 12th or December 19th. Only because of my last pregnancy and what had happened with him on top of that I found out today my son weighs at a guesstimate of 5 lbs and 1 ounces if he doesn't already weigh more. They didn't do anything for my U.T.I instead they told me to just take my pills that it isn't too late that my U.T.I isn't as bad as I thought YET!. and to just take some tums or anti-acids or in my case I went and got some fruit chew Alka-Seltzers its for heartburn, Acid Indigestion, and Upset stomach. So far that's been working and they also said not to lay down as soon as I eat wait at the least 10 minutes... And they also said to not take too many tums because too much can cause kidney stones or kidney failure (?? ) and also they said that most of the heartburn stuff inst really pregnancy tested so to just be careful about what and how much I take and everything should be fine.

If you chose it on your own, double check with your doctor on the Alka-Seltzer as some will contain aspirin, which is not usually recommended in pregnancy, particularly in the last several weeks. Tums is one of the more commonly recommended meds for heartburn during pregnancy. Making sure that you are drinking plenty of fluids will be a bigger factor in kidney stone concerns for most people.
Eating smaller meals throughout the day may help too with heartburn. Avoid eating too much at any one time.

I have to agree with Doula 100%. Toss the alka seltzer and get tums or rolaids. Alka seltzer contains aspirin. Aspirin is not recommended during pregnancy.
I don't induce until 39 weeks unless there is a medical necessity. Don't let them induce you at 37 weeks unless there is something wrong with you or baby. Remember, pregnancy dating can go 2 weeks either way, so inducing at 37 weeks could put baby in danger.
I'm happy all went well at your appointment yesterday.
