We had a septic company come out yesterday and replace our sewage line because they said it was drooping because of the way the ground settled when our house was built. We were told this would solve our toilet (http://www.diychatroom.com/#) problem but it did not and we still had to pay the very large fee of them replacing the line. They did all they could but couldn't find out the cause and told us to call a plumber (http://www.diychatroom.com/#). We don't have the extra money to call a plumber too so I need some advice on what could be the problem. We removed the toilet a couple months back and replaced with a new one so that's not the issue. We took the toilet off last night to inspect and if you look down in the pipe there is water (http://www.diychatroom.com/#) holding in there. We tried plunging it with no luck.
