Hi I am planing to get married my the girls which I am planning to marry have b+ve blood group I am having o+ve blood group. I heard that there are some blood group match. Is there any problem with this blood group for having sex. Is there will be any problem to the child .

You should have no issues. If a RH-negative woman (you are positive) becomes pregnant and the fetus is RH-positive (can be from the male) and the woman has become sensitized (from transfusions, miscarriages, etc.) there is a good chance that the mother's RH antibodies will start attacking the fetus's red blood cells. This can lead to anemia and more serious complications if not treated. They have an injection called RH immunoglobulin (RHlg) that prevents the negative antibodies from attacking the positive fetus.
Since you are positive, I doubt this is something you have to worry about. If for some impossible reason it is an issue, it can usually be determined early on or before pregnancy, and treated quite easily.
