I have not spoken to a woman I like in a couple of weeks. I kept thinking I wish there was a conference I could attend that she would be there. WEll a week or two I got my wish I signed up for a conference and she will be there. DO you think this is a sign from GOD like a god wink or a sign. A little back ground we talked for a couple of weeks but our schedules never seem to match and we stop talking and start for awhile that's why I wished there would be an opportunity to see her in person...

I don't know about a sign from god, but two people who enjoy talking together, busy or not, do find time for each other. I suspect maybe you have asked this already, and she hasn't responded positively, and may not be interested in anything beyond being friendly when she encounters you.

That would be something to talk about in a more direct manner by YOU. Sometimes it's a matter of you being willing to make time for her, I don't know if you have expressed that or not. Have you?

Maybe this is an opportunity to find out, one way or another.

If the notion of God giving you a wink bolsters your confidence, then why not? It's cute - if you two get closer, tell her that's what you thought.
Heck, if you handle it with the right amount of humor, tell her when you see her.
