We just turned on the cold water only to have immense water pressure gushing out. This happened in all of the faucets but only on the cold side, the hot water was not affected in any way. The exterminator was at the house the other day and mentioned that there was water in the crawl space and the sump pump was not working. Today the sump pump kicked back on and the water is gone. Was could the plumbing problem be?
