I married on 10-08-2014, my wife have last period on 29-09-2014 and the previous period was on 13-08-2014. I was thing thing that my wife is pregnant but after 15 days next period occur . She is totally healthy and she is not pregnant then why delay in next period came?I have a skin problem from my birth so one another question I would like to ask is there any effect of genetic skin diseases on sperms which will effect the baby?

Sometimes a period may be off schedule for various reasons. It is possible that simply the excitement of an upcoming wedding caused a change in her cycle.

Some skin conditions, such as some types of eczema, can be inherited. This would be in either yours, your wife's, or both of your genetic makeup and may or may not get passed down to a child that you might have. This wouldn't, however, effect your sperm in chances of your wife becoming pregnant if that is your concern.

Just know that she could become pregnant fairly soon in your marriage, or it could take many months, and both situations would be perfectly normal.
