Hi! If I had sex for the first time the day that I should have gotten my period can I still be pregnant? My last period was August 29 and I was suppose to get my next one September 26th the day that I had sex. My boyfriend used the pull out method which I now know can not be trusted but I am positive that he did not ejaculate inside of me. I am only 16 and I don't know what to do my period is usually on time unless its 2-3 days late because of stress, can it be that? Please help

First please understand, there are plenty of sperm in the early fluids, so just pulling out, does not stop sperm from entering. It will reduce the amount of sperm greatly, but not stop it.

So pulling out, is often considered either "no method" or at least the worst method possible.

** with that note, no birth control method is 100 percent, so even with the best methods, it is still possible.

At this point, you will need to wait, at least two weeks, to see how late you are. And try a pregnancy test, first thing in mornings with urine of the day.

If the tests are negative. Do one each week, till the next cycle is due. If still no cycle, and still negative results, schedule a doctor visit.

As was stated... Pulling out stops nothing. He don't have to open the faucet full blast to get you wet when its leaking pretty bad to begin with. Meaning he dumped thousands or hundreds of thousands of sperm in you WITHOUT ectually ejaculating. Only one needs to get where its trying to go. MILLIONS of women all over the world find themselves pregnant every month if not every week doing exactly what you were doing.

Some women can and do get pregnant while ON their periods. You can NEVER assume there are safe days... because there aren't... there are only more or less likely days. You have to wait until you are 2 weeks late for your next period to find out before you can test.
