I'm trying to find my birth parents/mother. I'm 19 and have no idea what to do. I was born with a clubbed foot. If you can help that would be Awesome. Thanks!

There are several registry sites where you can post your info and, if your birth family is looking for, they can establish contact. Have you spoken with your adoptive parents about what info they can provide?

Terminology, Zack, is club foot, it is either genetic or just the way the foot was resting while you were incubating in your mothers womb. I see why you want to find your birth parents. Have you investigated any treatments for this ?

Where are you located (I don't need a city or anything--country and state/province would be helpful, though)? What information do you already have from your adoptive parents?

So, what do you know? What are birth parents names? Where were they from? Where did adoption happen?

When you asked your adopted parents for names and to look at adoption papers , what have they said?

Zack, I thought I saw your reply to my post about were you seeking treatment. There are many options now for corrective surgery for a club foot, but you don't have to find your birth parents to do that.

Zack, If you need medical histories, you may be able to get them from the agency that handled the adoption. Please post a reply to this thread answering our questions so we can help further.

A club foot is caused one of two ways, genetic or positioning in the womb during gestation. Either way, getting a specialist to advise does not need family history. It is what it is.
