Late 80s or 90s movie. Some boy is accused of murder and he is on trial. Later there was a angry mob calling him a murderer and destroying his house(spray his house out with paint). The kid was blonde similar looking to young Leonardo DiCaprio or Matt Damon. It is not Primal Fear (1996) or The Client (1994).
